We are delighted to announce that the first session of the Ramco-ESADE Forum will take place on Tuesday 16th January.
In this annual forum organised by ESADE University together with Ramco Litigation Funding, leading experts from various areas of the legal and financial sector will analyse the trends in Litigation and Arbitration Funding observed during the current year.
This first session will present the report on the survey, carried out at the initiative of Ramco Litigation Funding by the consultancy LOIS (Legal Studies Institute) together with ESADE University, of more than 103 professionals in the legal sector to identify the situation of the sector in the Spanish market.
The conclusions of the survey will be analysed at a round table moderated by Patricia Saiz, arbitrator and professor at ESADE, with the participation of the following speakers: Cristina Soler, CEO of Ramco Litigationg Funding, Eugenia Navarro, Partner at LOIS and Professor of Marketing at ESADE, Diego Agulló, Professor of International Law at ICADE, Antonio Morales, Partner at Baker & Mckenzie, Antonio Muñoz Murillo, Director of Legal Services at Iberdrola Natalia Font, Professor of Procedural Law at ESADE.
The session will be opened by Rebeca Carpi, Vice-Dean of ESADE.
