Ramco Litigation Funding participated in the event about “Litigation Financing and Insurance: Opportunities and Risks” hosted by the law firm Cuatrecasas and the Foreign Investment Observatory of the Faculty of Business Studies (Comillas ICADE) in Madrid on Monday, 2 June 2025, to share Ramco’s knowledge and experience in the monetisation of claims, judgments and awards.
Carlos Llorente, Of Counsel at Ramco Litigation Funding and member of the Advisory Board, participated as a speaker alongside other experts and professionals from the financing and insurance industry, and in his presentation he explained in detail the advantages of monetisation of international arbitration awards among other financing structures to be applied through Third Party Funding.
