On 23 and 24 May, Ramco Litigation Funding participated in the 8th edition of the seminar “International Arbitration, Current Perspectives”, organised by the UIA Union Internationale des Avocats, in collaboration with the Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Bizkaia (Bar Association of Bizkaia) and with the special sponsorship of the CORTE CIVIL Y MERCANTIL DE ARBITRAJE (CIMA), which is one of the main events on the international arbitration calendar.
Ramco Litigation Funding was one of the sponsors of the event and the panel on Third-Party Funding. The event brought together leading arbitration professionals to discuss current issues such as Third-Party Funding, energy disputes, artificial intelligence and multi-party arbitration.
