Our CEO, Cristina Soler, participated in the round table discussion, along with Jordi Ruiz de Villa Jubany, Partner in Complex Litigation and Franchising at Fieldfisher Spain, 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘂, Director General of the Autoritat Catalana de la Competència (ACCO), and Borja Martínez Corral, Partner in Competition Law at Fieldfisher Spain. Among other issues, the mechanism of litigation financing and monetisation of legal assets was highlighted as a tool for optimising the management of legal assets, guaranteeing access to justice and boosting the legal sector.
