Our CEO, Cristina Soler, participated in the Iberian Legal Summit 2023 Connecting Law Leaders from Spain and Portugal conference organised by Leaders League, as speaker at the panel discussion “International Arbitration: Latest trends” with the participation of Javier García López, Head of Legal Disputes of Renfe, Alma Gómez, Head of Dispute Management of Técnicas Reunidas, Inés Vázquez García, Partner of Gómez Acebo & Pombo, and José Manuel García Represa, Partner of Dechert and moderated by Javier Íscar de Hoyos, Managing Partner of Íscar Arbitrajes.
At the conference, the speakers discussed the latest trends in international arbitration such as the confidentiality issue with lawyers and arbitrators and the application of third party funding.
